Cooking Class Menus and Pricing:

Please feel free to bring wine, beer or beverages. We do have bottled water and chairs available as needed. Pricing is subject to change and scheduling is based on kitchen and chef’s availability. 

Class Length: 2.5 hours

Number of Participants: Minimum 4 – Maximum 12

Location: Your kitchen or kitchen rental (location TBD)

Breakfast Dishes ($49/person):

Private Chef Services in Colorado Springs

$39/hour + trip time and meal planning.

How does it work?

  1. We create custom menus and grocery lists based on your family’s needs/likes/dislikes. We take note of allergies and dietary restrictions.
  2. You order through Instacart or your local grocery store to be delivered to your home.
  3. Then we come cook everything. Clean-up included!

Proposal Price: $650.00 – must be paid in full 2 weeks before the date. See below for our cancellation policy fee.

Pricing includes:

  • 1 appetizer
  • 1 protein
  • 2 sides
  • Dinner Rolls served with European butter
  • 1 dessert
  • Cost of high quality ingredients
  • Grocery shopping and ordering any equipment needed
  • Disposable catering supplies
  • Setup – We prep and transport everything to your location. We finish cooking and leave you to your event. We also clean up anything used while cooking, but not after the meal is eaten.

Appetizer options (Choose 1):

  • Caprese skewers – mozzarella, basil, and tomatoes with balsamic glaze
  • Brie stuffed figs, wrapped in bacon
  • Charcuterie board with crackers or bread, 3 cheese varieties (typically Manchego, Triple Crème Brie, and Smoked Cheddar, but will take suggestions), olives, dried fruit
  • Bacon-wrapped Jalapeno Poppers
  • Smoked Salmon Tarts – Cucumber slices served with pepper cream cheese, chives, and capers
  • Corn and Crab Bisque (also available as a side)
  • Creamy Carrot Ginger Soup (also available as a side)
  • Additional side – $15

Protein options (Choose 1):

  • Spatchcock turkey – brined, smoked, and skin crisped in the oven. We can inject with a variety of seasonings (garlic, Cajun, Italian). Served deconstructed for your convenience.
    • Includes gravy to serve
  • Chicken and Cornbread Dressing – Southern comfort dish of baked and roasted thighs and breast in a cornbread dressing with sage. Includes gravy.
  • Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin – includes spiced apple sauce.
  • Smoked Honey Ham
  • Prime Rib (additional $25)
  • Additional protein – $50

Side options (Choose 2):

  • Mac and Cheese”cake” – four cheese macaroni and cheese served in cake form with a cheese sauce. *crowd favorite*
  • Creamy Mashed Potatoes – made with dairy (butter, milk, and cream cheese) and a hint of Cajun seasoning.
  • Potatoes au Gratin – sliced potatoes cooked in cream and baked with gruyere cheese.
  • Seasonal Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette – fresh leafy greens with candied pecans, pomegranate seeds, roasted butternut squash and beets, and feta and a champagne vinaigrette
  • Balsamic Roasted Vegetables – Mix of brussel sprouts, green beans, and other seasonal vegetables.
  • Bacon Braised Brussel Sprouts or Green Beans
  • Cornbread Dressing – our Southern version of stuffing.
  • Green Bean Casserole – made with homemade cream of mushroom soup and fried onions.
  • Fresh Cranberry Sauce – simmered with a splash of red wine, orange peel and seasonal spices.
  • Additional side – $15

Dishes served in easy to clean, disposable aluminum pans, unless provided with pans ahead of time.

Cancellation policy:

Payment is due within 2 weeks of event date so we can plan for additional equipment and grocery shopping. You may cancel up to 5 days before event to receive full refund. Five days or less before the event, we will retain cost of groceries and/or 25% of cost, whichever is more. Menu must be finalized before payment. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate last minute menu changes.
